Privacy notice

Apply Pipeline is the public name of the application-pack desk at apply.meetingpipeline.com. We are a UK fulfilment service. We do not publish a personal profile.

What we collect

When you order or email us: name or practice name, email, CV and supporting documents you attach, target role, and payment reference. We do not ask for National Insurance numbers, passport scans, or job-board passwords.

Why

To deliver the pack you bought, invoice you, and send aftersales interview reports you request. Legal basis: contract, and legitimate interests for B2B coach emails to published business addresses only.

How long

Order files are kept for 12 months after the last delivery unless you ask us to delete sooner. Coach outreach records of “do not contact” are kept so we do not email you again.

Who we share with

We do not sell lists. Coaches remain the client-facing party; we do not write to their end-clients unless the coach asks us to deliver files to a named inbox.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, and objection: write to apply@meetingpipeline.com. You can complain to the ICO.
